One of Tempe’s hottest architectural loft condo communities is Tempe Urban Living. Located at 520 S. Roosevelt St. Tempe, there are currently three 1 bedrooms lofts to choose from. Squared footage is about 1,170 for these 1 bdrm 1.5 bath units. Prices around 175K. I do remember when these were selling in the 300K to 400K range.
