Owner Representation: Our boutique representation philosophy means that we have the flexibility to negotiate listing agreements that the larger brokerage houses won’t do. For example, our “payment on collection” program gives the owner the opportunity to pay the commission over the lease term. We believe enough in our people that we are willing to take on some of the risk with a new tenant.
